About CfL Center for Ledelse
CfL works with holistic management in order to assist organisations in raising their competitiveness and attaining results.
We consider dialogue to be the best platform for inspiration and development. A dialogue which can be conducted between individuals and companies – and across industries, interests, views, insight and experience.
CfL builds a framework to encourage discourse with and between companies. Its activities are based on three methodological skills: its relational, consultative and educational competences.
CfL employs a staff of approx. 100 in Copenhagen and Århus.
