CfL Danish Centre for Leadership is a community of approximately 1,000 companies and organisations – both from the public and the private sector.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership works with comprehensive management to assist organisations in improving their competitiveness and accomplishing results.
We consider dialogue to be the best launch for inspiration and development – a dialogue which can be conducted between individuals and companies – and across industries, business fields, interests, outlooks, visions and experiences.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership builds and encourages discourses with and between companies. Its activities are all based on three methodological skills: competencies in relationship, consulting and education.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership employs a staff of approximately 100 in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
