Focusing on the international executive education and organisational consulting needs of Nordic organisations, the Alliance brings together Ashridge Business School (UK), AFF at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, The Danish Center for Leadership and Mgruppen, the Swedish Management Group.

Why

Times are changing. As the globalisation of the economy progresses, domestic and national boundaries decline in importance and increasingly our clients define the Nordic region as their home market. Based on a strong position at home, these companies are increasingly expanding their activities outside this region. As a consequence our clients face new and exciting challenges in growing and developing their organisations and they put new demands on us as their partners the areas of leadership and organisational development.

The formation of the Nordic Leadership Alliance is a response to these changes. Four of the most experienced executive education and organisational consulting providers from the Nordic countries and the UK have formed an alliance to deliver high quality executive education and organisational consulting that is based on local understanding, extensive international experience and a diverse staff in terms of areas of business specialisation and cultural background. The Nordic Leadership Alliance aims to form long term relationships to the most demanding organisations in the Nordic region helping them succeed in a global business environment.
