CfL Danish Centre for Leadership is a community with approx. 1,000 company and organisation members. These represent a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors in Denmark.

CfL Danish Centre for Leadership works with comprehensive management to assist organisations in improving their competitiveness and accomplishing results.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership builds and encourages discourses with and between companies. Its activities are all based on three methodological skills: competencies in relationship, consulting and education.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership employs a staff of approx. 100 in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
At CfL Danish Centre for Leadership we believe that comprehensive management is the key to achieving results, which is the point when the company, besides from having the necessary economy, has fulfilled the needs of its customers who experience a distinct value creation due to their contact with the company. And these results are reached by having employees who live the company mission and values. Such procurements make the creating of results continuous.
Comprehensive management is the ability to keep the right balance between different management initiatives. Management is never either/or – it is always both/and. The right balance varies from company to company and from situation to situation. It depends on the specific market conditions and the company’s maturity profile. Good management cannot be copied and thus becomes a crucial competitive parameter.
CfL’s goal
The goal for CfL Danish Centre for Leadership is to be the primary Management Partner in corporate Denmark. CfL wants to be considered as the best choice when a company is looking to:

• Inspire its leaders – through networks with other leaders
• Develop its management – through consultancy services and development activities tailored according to the company’s needs.
Customers of CfL Danish Centre for Leadership – companies and organisations – have recognised that comprehensive management is the key to amplifying the result achievements. Typically, the company contact will be a Senior Manager and the person or persons responsible for Human Resources.
CfL’s customers have formed an association – a “clubhouse” for leaders, where corporate management is cultivated and developed; a “best practice” activity, where positive experiences and theories are accumulated and passed on; and a “development” process, where this is transformed to find the right balance for the individual company or organisation and its leaders.
