The employee
As the name implies, CfL Danish Centre for Leadership creates activities and services primarily relevant for leaders and Managers. However, a number of our activities are just as relevant for you, an employee without management responsibility.
We offer activities in regards to personal development, as well as tools to use if you want to prepare yourself for a future management position.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership also offers support to leaders who are looking for information on recruitment issues or competency development opportunities for their employees.
