The leader

At CfL Danish Centre for Leadership, we believe that the continuous development of leaders, from a comprehensive perspective, is the key to success for both the company and the leader.


Our professional expertise, consulting, tests, courses and other skills are services based on theories and concepts acknowledged both in Denmark and internationally. However, the most significant is first and foremost the way in which they are transformed into action.

Every leader must develop a personal style. An important aspect of good leadership comes from obtaining the optimum of the individual leader’s personal qualities and skills.

This is also why we focus on the human factor – as well as on the leader’s role. We strongly believe that a persistent leadership development is the key to improving a company’s ability to reach its goals.

We offer Leadership Development to meet the needs of the organisation - a tailored development programme which unites the individual and team development with the organisational needs of the company.

CfL Danish Centre for Leadership also offers access to networks, which are all specifically built with the goal to create an optimal, professional gain through knowledge-sharing, etc.

Within the network, you can discuss practice, trends and development. You and the other participants have the opportunity to bring forth your own case materials and decide on which themes are relevant to discuss.

In addition, we offer courses in which participants have the unique opportunity to meet across business sectors and to discuss common issues, look at new perspectives, be offered new methods and tools, etc.

The courses offered include both short-term programmes (1-3 days) and long-term processes during which we dig deeper into the personal development of the leader.
