The leader
At CfL Danish Centre for Leadership we believe that the ongoing development of leaders, in a holistic perspective, is the key to success for both the company and the individual leader.

Each leader must develop his or her own personal style – an important aspect of good leadership is deriving the optimum from the individual leader’s personal qualities and characteristics.
That’s why we focus on the human factor – especially on the multiple roles of the leader. We firmly believe that a continuous strengthening of each leader’s development is the key to improving a companies’ capacity to attain results.
We devise leadership development to meet the needs of the organisation – for example, in the form of tailored development which matches individual development and team development to the organisational needs of the company.
We also offer access to networks in which you have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally through knowledge sharing with other equals.
Together with other leaders you can discuss practice and development trends. Within the network, you and the other participants suggest and supply your own case materials and decide on the themes you find relevant.
We also offer courses in which participants have a unique opportunity to meet across sectors and to debate shared problems, viewing them from new perspectives, with new methods and new tools.
Training courses can be short (1-3 days) but we also offer longer processes in which we go deeper into the personal development of the individual leader.
