Through membership at the CfL Danish Centre for Leadership your company joins a community of approx. 1,000 other organisations – both public and private. Membership affords you, first and foremost, the opportunity to become part of a network of companies and organisations which work seriously and resolutely with leadership development. CfL pursues two approaches to leadership development. One focuses on organisation, systems and structures, while the other on the behaviours of individual leaders. This combination makes it possible to introduce and retain management which creates lasting results.
Through a wide range of activities we inspire and support the business and leadership development of our member companies. Our activities are designed for senior managers, HR professionals, as well as function and line managers whom are engaged in the development of organisational and human resources.
