A company membership of CfL Danish Centre for Leadership is an opportunity to become a part of a community, a cooperation, which includes approximately 1,000 companies from both the public and private business sector. A membership gives you the opportunity to become a part of a network of companies and organisations that work comprehensively with leadership development.
CfL Danish Centre for Leadership approaches the leadership development issues from two sides. One focuses on the organisation, its systems and its structures, while the other looks at the individual leader and his/her behaviour. This dualism makes it possible to create a lasting management creating lasting results.
Through a wide range of activities, we inspire and support the business and leadership development of our member companies. Our activities are designed for Senior Managers, HR professionals, as well as Office and Line Managers who are engaged in the development of organisational and human resources.
