Challenges in Best Practice!
If you are facing the challenge of having to start a new assignment in Leadership Development or Human Resource Development, we may provide you with the opportunity to be matched with a number of people like you who knows about the issues involved.
We know our members and it is possible for us to find matches for you among our 1,000 member companies whom we know work with the specific topics in question. It includes both new as well as more experienced companies offering sparring involving best practice, utility, pitfalls, etc. We create the contact and help you get started at the first best practice meeting, hence leaving the continuance up to you.
Lately, we have helped these miniature networks get started with topics regarding CSR, the role of the HR Partner, job rotation, sales/care in interest groups, the launch of leadership academies, etc. Many of these topics derive from the circle of participants at our Knowledge Café, and the best practice theme is then based upon what was discussed at the Knowledge Café.
