The Knowledge Café

This is a place for leaders and HR professionals in CfL member companies. Launched by a present-day theme or dilemma, which is of great importance to you as a leader in contemporary Denmark, we give you the opportunity to discuss the issue over a cup of coffee and breakfast.

The gist of the Knowledge Café is that, based on a brief perspective of the topic, you and other leaders in CfL member companies are given the opportunity to reflect and discuss the issue. Thus, the Knowledge Café provides you with new knowledge, useful, practical hints and the opportunity to create new contacts.

The Knowledge Café is open the last Thursday of every month at 08.30-10.00 am at CfL’s addresses in Copenhagen and Aarhus. The focus is upon cutting-edge topics and the Café always offers three points of advice and experiences regarding utility and pitfalls for you to take home with you.

The topic of the month for the next Knowledge Café gathering is announced 2-3 weeks before the last Thursday of the month. The topic is announced both in our newsletter in the beginning of the month and on our website www.cfl.dk.

All member companies are welcome to suggest topics for the Knowledge Café gatherings. Send an e-mail or call:
