Salary Statistics
The strongest salary statistics of office workers and managers in Denmark offered to members of CfL Danish Centre for Leadership
Together with Multidata, CfL Danish Centre for Leadership draws up reports and statistics on salary and staff issues in Danish companies.
The surveys are based upon the reports from the members and present a well-founded and impartial depiction of compensation conditions in Danish businesses.
The salary statistics of office workers and managers are important tools in the work with employment, salary negotiations and -regulations.
Every year in October, the following salary statistics are published:
- Salary statistics of Managers
- Salary statistics of Office Workers
This year, the salary statistics of Managers includes 7,395 Managers and Directors, while the salary statistics of Office Workers consists of a total of 45,469 Office Workers broken into companies across branches and sizes.
The salary statistics are dynamic and the member companies can regularly report and draw information from the salary statistics at www.esalarymanager.dk.
The salary statistics are also sent out electronically (pdf-format) to those companies who have reported their own payroll data.
Member companies, who report own payroll data, receive the statistics free of charge, whereas member companies, who do not send in reports, can buy the statistics for a total of DKK 4,000.
