The specific membership benefits

A membership of CfL Danish Centre for Leadership provides you and manager colleagues as well as HR professionals with the opportunity to collect the most current knowledge and experiences regarding leadership and Human Resource Management.

We are a Community, which means that you get easy access to companies and employees who are also focusing on how to develop quality in their management.

You are given the opportunity for mutual learning and benchmarking with development-oriented companies with structures and challenges equivalent to yours.

The current offers to our members are:

  • Telephone lines
    As a member of CfL, you are given the opportunity to vent problem issues and receive sparring over the telephone with our experts in:
    - Leadership problem issues
    - Staff legal issues (HR Law)
    - Business psychology issues
  • Networks
    An opportunity to get access to CfL’s about 55 networks with approx. 1,100 leaders and HR Managers.
  • Indicators and Tendencies
    Analyses of tendencies and themes regarding the attitude of Danish companies towards current themes. The analyses are closely connected to the activities caused by “Forum for Productivity and Development”.
  • Top Management Dinners
    Top management from member companies are invited to dinner gatherings with international keynote speakers and given the opportunity for sparring and establishing relations to the top management in our member companies.
  • Clubhouse meetings
    Current themes regarding leadership and HR are regularly on the agenda. Here is the opportunity to meet in smaller groups to discuss best practice and be inspired by the experience shared by the most skillful practitioners regarding issues of relevance to the members.
  • Café Knowledge
    The last Thursday of every month Café Knowledge is open between 08.30 and 10.00 am. A morning meeting with a debate about a hot, current leadership issue and with a great opportunity to network with others who are interested in the same as you.
  • Best Practice Meetings
    If you are facing the challenge of having to start a new assignment in leadership development or Human Resource development, we may provide you with the opportunity to be matched to a number of people like you who knows about the issues involved. CfL creates the contact and provides you with assistance during the first best practice meeting.
  • Salary Statistics and Employee Benefit Survey
    Special treats for member companies who report own payroll data.
  • Book a Lecturer
    With member benefits if you book 3-6 lectures annually through 2011. A lecturer, who will challenge and inspire, and who already knows what it takes to cover your needs and face your challenges.
  • Member Discounts on Consulting, Courses and Exercise Tools, etc.
    With only a few exceptions, the offers reserved our member companies are included in the price and may therefore be used free of charge by our members.
